实现了 __new__ 裸指针返回自动构造 CPtr[T]，a:CPtr[T]=T() 自动隐式取指针（暂定），arg.action flow 过滤跳过，CPtr 解引用转发，c.Asm的 inp/out 参数重加和 str<->bytes 互转
