debug(tpv): 临时诊断定位 SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES 空类注册来源

- register_struct/add_field 打印 [DBG-EMP]（SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES 过滤）
- ClassGenDef 空类报错改为 pending + 打印（定位期间不中断编译）
- 定位后移除
