ViperMNIST / ViperAIChat / ViperQtHelloWorld 的 runtime 块补上 qt6_plugins: [platforms/qwindows.dll]，配合编译器新实现的运行时部署（TransPyV 36d23d2），使产物目录自带 Qt6*.dll 与 platforms/qwindows.dll，双击/直接运行即可，无需再设 QT_PLUGIN_PATH。
