chore: 初始化 Venom 官网独立仓库
VenomWebSite 原被 SMANAGE 主仓 .gitignore 排除、无版本控制，现拆为独立仓库并接入 git.gvsds.com/GVSDS/VenomWebSite。
包含：Vue 3 + TS + Vite 官网源码、Lenis 平滑惯性滚动、deploy.ps1 部署脚本、README 与 .gitignore / .gitattributes。
