TermiNexus 84f11a69e7 refactor(callgen): annotate string values as char* (mechanical pass) ...

One-token annotation change across the call generators: str -> char*.
No logic changes; the same pass also rewrote literal "string" in comments,
which is why this is committed as a checkpoint rather than as behaviour.
