_check_import_sha1 对宏库有一份硬编码白名单（ctraits / viperbuild），宏库不产生代码也就没有模块 SHA1。ffilib 走同一条路，加入白名单后 import ffilib 不再报 has no registered SHA1；配置仍由 Pass 0 抽取。
