fix(type): void* 归并分支的 match 必须守 None，修 ASan 空指针崩溃
BinOp 的 CPtr 分支里，上一笔为 void* 归并新增的 match other_ty 未判空。
other_ty = resolve_annotation_type(另一边) 在 Phase 1a prescan 时**可以是 None**
（本分支下方既有代码就写着 if other_ty is None: ... 回退 Ptr(i8)，正说明 None 是
期望值）；对 None 做 REnum case 匹配会按其 tag 解引用空指针。
现场：TPV(ASan) 自举 Phase1 报 access-violation on address 0x0（READ），
栈 _prescan_funcdef_signatures → resolve_annotation_type；触发源是用户 WIP 里
新增的 X* 返回注解（parser 把 X* 展开成 BinOp X | t.CPtr，正好走本分支）。
改为 if other_ty is not None: 包住，None 继续走下方既有回退路径。
